I am totally committed to serving our clients and in obtaining full compensation for their injuries sustained due to the negligence of others. I constantly strive to be responsive to the needs and questions of our clients.
I graduated Cum Laude in 1995 from Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I was a member of the Honors Program. Thereafter, in 1999, I attained my Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.
I am a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum for those who have obtained a settlement or verdict in a personal injury litigation exceeding one-million dollars ($1,000,000).
I was admitted as an attorney in New York State in 2000. I was also admitted to practice in Federal Court, in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York State, in 2000.
I have been a practicing attorney for eighteen years, the last sixteen of which have been with Talisman & DeLorenz, P.C. I handle all aspects of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation from intake and investigation, discovery, depositions and motion practice. I have a focus on accidents involving individuals injured at construction projects but have experience in all areas of personal injury litigation, including automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, medical malpractice and product liability.
I have both trial and appellate experience and have also been successful in obtaining summary judgment on behalf of our clients in numerous cases, which were eventually settled for over one-million dollars ($1,000,000). For decades, the firm has enjoyed an outstanding reputation in the area of personal injury litigation.
I am totally committed to serving our clients and in obtaining full compensation for their injuries sustained due to the negligence of others. I constantly strive to be responsive to the needs and questions of our clients. If you have been injured and have one call to make, that call should be to the attorneys at Talisman & DeLorenz, P.C.
